Spa Center
01.Skilled Nursing
Our nurses are responsible for the patients physical comfort and making recommendations regarding pain and symptom management. They supervise and coordinate services and disciplines of care for the patient and family.
02.Physician Services
from the Hospice Medical Director who provides direction to the hospice team, as well as collaborating with the patient’s attending physician. Our visiting physicians and nurse practitioners will make home visits as needed.
03.Spiritual Care and Counseling
for both patient and family, provided by a Chaplain. Our Chaplain assists with resources for end of life issues. Our Chaplain is also available for crisis intervention at the time of death and to assist with funeral or memorial services.
04.Medical Social Workers
for patient and family counseling, psychological support, community resources, and financial assistance.
05.Medications & Medical Supplies
for pain control and symptom management will be provided by the hospice around the clock.
06.Volunteers
The Hospice Volunteer fills a very special role in hospice care. They may provide companionship, respite, emotional support and offer help in many different ways.
07.Hospice Aid and Homemaker
is responsible for providing assistance with the patient’s personal care.
08.Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapies
will be utilized as needed to improve patients’ quality of life.
09.Medical Equipment
including but not limited to, hospital bed, oxygen, walker, wheelchair, etc.
